Raccoon City Rulebook (PVP/PVE)

GENERAL
⚠️ Third-party advertising of any kind is FORBIDDEN! Violations will result in an immediate permanent ban from the server and DC server! Behavior that is directed against the community, as well.
➡️ FUNDAMENTAL:
Each player may only have one account !!! Violations will be punished (ban of individual/possibly all accounts)! When choosing player names, no offensive names or the like may be used. Also refrain from using special characters, as these cause problems in the logs.
➡️ We ask that only German and English be used in the chat. Squad chats are excluded from this.
➡️ Flaming and crude insults in the chat are to be avoided and only disturb others. You have been killed? Well, tough luck. No need to insult your killer! You are on a PVP server – remember that 😉
The admins reserve the right to punish offenders. This can lead to a kick or even a ban from the server. Depending on the severity of the offense.
➡️ RESTARTS:
The server is restarted every 4 hours to keep the game running smoothly. The times are: 00:30, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00 German time.
GAMEPLAY
➡️ THE GAMEPLAY ON THE SERVER:
Raccoon City is basically a PVP server. Exceptions to this are always 3 map areas (green) which are drawn at random on the 1st and 15th of the month. These areas are then the PVE areas.
⚠️ Vehicle damage in the PVE area is active. Vehicles can therefore be stolen.
⚠️ Safezone and Traderzone camping are strictly forbidden. Violations will be punished!
BASEBUILDING
➡️ RULES FOR BASE CONSTRUCTION:
BLOCKING or BUILDING roads, bridges or tunnels is strictly FORBIDDEN!!! Building/claiming military bases, harbors, factories, quarries, cities and airbases, i.e. POIs (Point Of Interests) in general, is also prohibited, as these count as loot areas. Exceptions are churches, which are located away from the city.
Violations will be punished! Penalty: The base in question will then fall victim to the admin excavator without warning.
➡️ Bug-Using during construction is not allowed. In the event of violations, the buildings in question will also fall victim to the admin excavator without warning. Troywalls are not allowed!
➡️SAVING YOUR OWN BASE:
Laying mines/traps is ONLY allowed in your own flag area !!! Laying mines outside your own flag area (especially bunkers, roads, factories, general loot areas, no matter where) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
⚠️Verstöße will be banned in advance bestraft⚠️ if the player is not online. In this case, contact an admin via ticket in the Discord.
If the player is online, he will end up in prison and lose his loot. In any case, the player will lose all his Famepoints! The logs are checked regularly in this regard!
➡️ CLAIMING HOUSES AS A BASIS:
In larger cities (4 buildings or more) only SINGLE houses may be claimed. (no garages) These may not be surrounded by a fence or barbed wire. Mines or traps may only be placed INSIDE the house, not outside. Smaller yards (up to 3 buildings) may be completely claimed and fenced in. The flag limit for laying mines or traps also applies here.
➡️ Claiming garages is prohibited, as these are often used as spawn points for vehicles. Violations will be punished! Penalty: The garage in question will be unlocked. The contents are left to themselves. Locked garages may also be broken into by players.
➡️ Vehicles (cars/quads/tractors/motorcycles/motorboats)
2 cars and 1 airplane are allowed per squad! Motorcycles and boats are excluded from the limit. In case of violation: Vehicles and their contents will be destroyed. The contents will not be replaced.
BASE RAIDEN
➡️ RULES FOR BASE RAIDING:
Excessive and exaggerated base raiding is prohibited. Unnecessary destruction of existing base building elements/cabinets/boxes & loot is prohibited! Players have little desire to build a new base every day.
Base raiding is only permitted from: Monday to Thursday 18:00 to 23:00 and Fridays from 18:00 CONTINUOUSLY until Sunday 23:00. As a German server, the CET time zone counts.
Violations will be punished. Penalty: Resetting the Famepoints and the bank to 0
➡️ Parachute jumps into a foreign base.
Are strictly forbidden! In case of violation ALL fame points will be deducted as well !
⚠️⚠️⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️⚠️⚠️
In some cases, it can happen that there are major bugs related to the vehicles or even the loot. But this is due to bugs in the game.
Remember, it is still an Early Access Game !
If vehicles or items are lost due to a bug, they will not be replaced by an admin!
🕹️ ADMINS in GAMEPLAY 🕹️
The admins here on the server participate, just like other players, in the game action !!!.
But we emphasize with emphasis (!) that the admins do NOT use cheats or admin privileges to get any advantages. The admins are strictly forbidden to use especially the godmode, if they are on the road as a normal player.
This may only be used for administration purposes! If a normal player meets an admin and defeats him, the admin can be looted just like any other player. We do not get involved in discussions that admins seem to have gained advantages. Therefore we ask our visitors to trust us in this point. Because even we want to play now and then times „normal“ with you 😉
